Lighthouse Cooperative takes pride that customer satisfaction and confidence is our top priority. We ensure that customers’ are happy in every purchase and service availed. If any time you feel that we have not pleased you with our products and services, kindly read how to return an item provided below.

How To Return An Item

Returns and refunds are only applicable for items purchased in our website.

For office and school supplies, furnitures and computers; your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 3 days of your purchase.

For food products, we maintain a no return, no exchange policy. We ensure that all our food products are in good condition. We do not sell expired food products.

2. Mail or bring your returned item to: Lighthouse Cooperative Luna Cor. Taft St., Centro 02, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan 3500
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All returns must be in acceptable condition.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
